Cameron Ward
Cam has consistently been one of Manhattan’s top producing Realtors for multiple years in a row averaging over $14 million in sales annually. He specializes in listings, home buyer representation, investment advising and home flip purchase and resale. A 15+ year resident of Manhattan, Cam graduated from K-State in 2010 where he studied public relations and political science.
As the managing broker at The Alms Group, Cam supervises our team of 14 Realtors, trains new agents and maintains the consistent level of service and professionalism that has made The Alms Group one of the leading brokerages in the Manhattan area. Cam loves leading Manhattan’s best real estate team, selling his listings for top-dollar and helping buyers find the perfect home or investment property.
Cam found a niche in working with first-time home buyers and investors that renovate homes. Cam has sold dozens of homes that have been expertly revitalized by one of Manhattan’s premier design and renovation companies, 2M Restoration. Cam also is honored to assist sellers who are transitioning to senior living and working with family members to sell homes in estates and trusts. Whether it’s your first home purchase or your tenth home sale, Cam has the experience, the credibility and the dedication to guide you through the buying and selling process.
Since opening The Alms Group, Cam has been dedicated to supporting local education through philanthropic efforts. He’s overseen dozens of grants, awards and projects at many local schools and he serves on the PTO and Site Council at Bluemont Elementary where his daughter Harper attends. During the pandemic, Cam got licensed and began serving as a substitute teacher in USD 383 to help alleviate the great need for subs in our local schools.
Cam’s wife, Casey, is a small business owner specializing in creating custom home decor and gifts as well as hosting group craft classes and events. She also teaches barre classes at Orange Sky Yoga in Aggieville. Casey is a Kansas native and one of The Alms Group’s greatest supporters and advocates. Prior to owning her current businesses, Casey served as a youth pastor and later as a reading intervention specialist through Boys and Girls Club where she worked with students at Bluemont Elementary. Cam and Casey share a common commitment to investing in public education.
When he’s not selling homes and supporting his agents, Cam loves cheering on the K-State Wildcats, spending summers on Tuttle Creek Lake, traveling to National Parks, attending concerts and serving a variety of local organizations including Manhattan YoungLife, Aggieville Business Association and local schools. Cam is a member of K-State Athletics Ahearn Fund National Leadership Circle, Manhattan Country Club and Faith-E-Free church.
