Jennell Luck is such an asset to Bluemont Elementary School! She is always upbeat and shares that positive energy with those around her! I always look forward to going to the computer lab and so do my students! She is organized and takes the extra step to make sure we are prepared for state and district testing. She is always willing to sit with students during her breaks to give them the best testing environment possible. She sees all of the students in our school and yet always notices little details about each student and how we can better serve them. Jennell creates our Bobcat Bulletin newsletter and does an excellent job of keeping our families informed of everything going on at Bluemont and more! If there is something going on in Manhattan that our families might want to know about, she is on it! She is constantly searching for new and engaging technology resources to share with teachers and students. Then, she creates the teacher accounts AND accounts for each of our students. I can go to her with any problem (technology or not) and she is determined to help find a solution. She has our backs! Finally, she has a disco ball and good music! As you can tell, she does it all (and I know I have missed many, many things). Jennell is so supportive of students, families, and her colleagues…she is so deserving of this award!
