Once settled in Manhattan, Tamara decided to pursue a career as a real estate sales agent. She has expertise in new construction and investment properties, having been a part of her husband’s business, Switchgrass Development, for the past nine years. Architectural and interior design have always been a hobby and, as a sales agent, Tamara enjoys advising her clients on design.
Tamara understands the stresses of relocating with small children and finding that special home that meets all of a family’s needs. Tamara strives to make the home buying and selling process fun and simple for her clients, focusing her efforts towards helping her clients find peace of mind.

Lizzy is a member of the Flint Hills Association of Realtors. As part of that association, she also serves on the community outreach committee. She is an elite member of the Realtors Land Institute. She is eager to help people with all their land buying needs. She is passionate about land and helping farmers and ranchers succeed. As a Manhattan native, her love and knowledge of the area is obvious.
