“I nominate Tonya Speights for this award for the positive impact that she has in our building. She is a leader with her team and at Marlatt. She is able to assist in any/all situations with our students in K-5. Tonya is involved in several committees and cohorts within the district. Her background is expansive and allows for her to share her expertise in many areas with her colleagues. She helps analyze data for her grade level and MTSS. Tonya has presented in district professional development, and just completed her district administration degree. Tonya believes in finding the strengths in all her students and helping them build their academic and social successes.”
