“Rodney has a true heart for all kiddos. I love listening to him greet each students as they enter the front doors of Marlatt. He works with students in grades 3-5, but he knows students in each grade level. I believe that it is his personal mission to be a positive light in students lives. He gets to know the students he works with and around. He takes the time to make connections with them outside of school as well, and even in the summer. Rodney makes a positive lasting impact on everyone he comes in contact with.”
