Position: PE Teacher

This is Carrie's first year teaching PE and her first year at TR, after being a classroom teacher prior. You would never know that this is her first year being a PE teacher! She has jumped right into this new role and done a wonderful job! When visiting her class, students are always moving, learning important physical education skills, and having fun. Her goal is for students to be moving as much as possible. Carrie plans games that are engaging and tie in to student interests. She makes the time to check in with students one on one and build connections. Special systems are set up in her class to recognize students who exceed expectations and are role models in the classroom. Our K-2 students love to earn a special note from Mrs. Force at the end of PE!
