I would like to nominate Stacey Williams, paraeducator at West Elementary, as a recipient for the Alms Group Impact Award. Stacey's colleagues have described her as a phenomenal paraeducator. However, that is not was makes Stacey deserving of this award. It is Stacey's dedication to our most vulnerable students at West Elementary that makes her an honorable recipient of the Alms Group Impact Award. Stacey begins her work day at 6:45 am by riding the bus with a student. She ends her work day at 4:00 pm after riding the afternoon bus route with a student. Stacey always comes to work with a smile on her face and does whatever is asked of her. During her work day, she works with some of our most emotionally challenged students. She treats them with compassion and empathy. She is greatly appreciated by her colleagues and families across the district.
