Math Lab is a class for students who struggle with being successful in a regular education math classroom. Students LEARN math strategies, ASK questions, and BUILD confidence through Math Talks, iReady (differentiated online learning), and Math Games! Research shows that timed tests and singular focused worksheets not requiring students to choose from a wide variety of strategies do not improve overall math fluency. What does help? Math games and project based learning!
