The Alms Group Launches Recognition Awards
The Alms Group’s business model is different than most - it centralizes on putting our clients first and giving back to our community. We have done this in different capacities over our three years in business, but have recently decided we want to specifically recognize certified educators and non-certified staff within our schools.
Since our founding in November 2017 we have donated over $75,000 to schools and teachers in the form of Grants and now we want to add Awards! To do this, The Alms Group, along with our partners at NEA Manhattan-Ogden, have created two Teacher Recognition Awards.
Our Educator Excellence (E2) award recognizes district certified or licensed educators who demonstrate teaching excellence and positively represent their fellow educators. Our Classified
Employee Excellence Recognition Award (CEERA) recognizes non-certified employees for outstanding service and excellence in their job performance.
Our recognition programs accept nominations year-round and recognize one certified and one non-certified employee each month of the school year, September through May. Each winner receives $300 in unrestricted funds, is recognized in a video interview regarding their service to the profession, and is recognized at the school board meeting.
