William Cupp

Born and raised in Scott City, Kansas, William was raised to be a hard worker by working for his dad and grandpa on their family farm every summer. From these lessons/values/summers working, he quickly learned to love the idea of being his own boss, and over time has also learned the productive benefits that real estate can provide. William realized how becoming a Realtor would fit these goals and got his Kansas real estate license soon after turning 20 while attending college at K-State.

William carries his lessons from growing up into his career as a Realtor. He is focused on providing clients personalized service as he helps them buy or sell real estate. Always quick to answer calls, texts, and emails, William works hard to show clients that their needs are a top priority. Finally, William endeavors to treat everyone with honesty and respect, as if they’re his next-door neighbor, bringing his small-town values to the “big city” of Manhattan.

Since 2021, William has been a property manager, and plans to manage AirBnB’s starting in  August 2023. Effective communication skills, real estate knowledge, and boots-on-the-ground experience means that William is ready to also help people buy and sell real estate. Additionally, some evenings and nights William enjoys working for DoorDash and Uber as a driver. Helping get food or people from point A to point B is a great way for him to meet people and learn more about the community (along with the free smells from Manhattan’s many delicious restaurants).

William graduated from Kansas State University in December of 2023. He dual-majored in Entrepreneurship and Management. If you or a loved one need tips on which professors or classes to take in the College of Business, he would love to help you out.

William has been married to his beautiful wife Dalsy since May 2021. She works as a Communications and Marketing Specialist for K-State Innovation Partners, while also enjoying freelance graphic design on the side. Both William and Dalsy are active members of Bluemont Church. William enjoys hobbies such as tennis, pickleball, and long hikes with his wife around Manhattan’s many trails. Look for him at Anthony Rec Center where he often plays pickleball, or at Hudson Trail, his favorite haunt close to his house.
